1. Programs
- Job Alerts: notifications when new opportunities match your criteria.
- Application Reminders: nudges to follow up on stalled applications.
- Interview Reminders: alerts before scheduled interviews.
- Outreach Updates: replies and read receipts from contacts.
- Account & Security: verification codes and account alerts (transactional).
2. How to opt in
Add your number in Settings → Notifications → SMS and confirm via the verification code. Each program requires separate opt-in.
3. Message frequency
Frequency varies by program and your settings. Job alerts may send up to several messages per day; reminders are typically 1–2 per event.
4. Opt-out — STOP
Text STOP to any Jovea SMS to unsubscribe from that program. You will receive a final confirmation. You can also disable SMS in Settings → Notifications.

6. Carrier disclaimer
Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. TCPA & compliance
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA messaging principles, and applicable mobile carrier requirements. We will not share your mobile number with third-party marketers. Consent for SMS is not shared with affiliates or partners for their own marketing.
8. Supported carriers
Most US carriers are supported. International availability varies.
9. Privacy
Your number and message activity are handled per our Privacy Policy.
