1. Overview
These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the Jorvea text-message (SMS) notification program operated by EA Limitless LLC ("EA Limitless," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from Jorvea, you agree to these SMS Terms. These SMS Terms supplement, and should be read together with, the Jorvea Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Program Description
The Jorvea SMS program sends transactional notifications to users who have opted in. Messages are limited to:
- Action approvals — prompts asking you to approve or deny an action Jorvea has queued (e.g. an outreach reply or an interview slot).
- Application status — updates when an application Jorvea submitted on your behalf changes state (submitted, requires attention, rejected).
- Sign-in requests — verification prompts tied to signing in to Jorvea.
- Verification-code relays — one-time codes forwarded to you from job boards that email or SMS them during an application (e.g. anti-spam checks).
- Interview reminders — reminders for upcoming interviews and mock-interview sessions.
- Career check-ins — periodic check-in prompts if you enabled them.
- Account notices — security, billing, and account-related notifications (e.g. suspicious sign-in, trial ending).
- Job-match alerts — alerts when Jorvea discovers a high-fit job opportunity matching your profile.
The Jorvea SMS program does not send marketing or promotional text messages.
3. How to Opt In
You enroll in the SMS program by checking the dedicated, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox during signup and providing a valid mobile phone number. The checkbox is separate from the phone-number field — providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS messaging.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using Jorvea.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your activity on the platform and the job-match results generated for you. There is no fixed message cadence.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Jorvea does not charge for SMS notifications, but your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent to or from your device, according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
6. How to Opt Out
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Jorvea. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may also disable SMS notifications in your Jorvea notification preferences.
If you want to rejoin the SMS program after opting out, reply START to our number or re-enable SMS notifications in your account settings.

8. Supported Carriers
The Jorvea SMS program is supported by major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier participation may change, and we cannot guarantee that all carriers will support the program at all times.
9. Delivery and Availability
SMS delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, or delivered in a timely manner. Messages may be delayed or fail to deliver for reasons including carrier issues, network conditions, an inactive or unreachable number, or device settings.
10. Privacy and Your Phone Number
Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We use your phone number solely to deliver the interview reminders and job-match alerts described in these SMS Terms and for related account purposes.
- We do not sell your phone number.
- We do not share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
- Your phone number is shared only with our SMS-delivery provider, and only for the purpose of delivering the messages you requested.
- SMS opt-in consent data is not shared with any third parties for any purpose other than delivering the SMS service.
We record the date, time, and wording of the consent you provide so we can demonstrate that messages are sent only to users who opted in.
11. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify enrolled users. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
