This policy explains how EA Limitless LLC uses cookies, browser local storage, and analytics on Jorvea.
1. Strictly necessary storage
We store an authentication session (managed by our auth provider) so you can stay signed in, and a light theme/preference key. These are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.
2. Analytics and error monitoring — consent required
On your first visit we show a consent banner offering PostHog product analytics and Sentry error monitoring. These tools do not load unless you press Accept. If you press Decline, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we do not initialize them at all. Every event, breadcrumb, and performance trace is additionally checked against your current choice at the moment it would be sent, so nothing is transmitted after you withdraw consent.
We collect only a curated list of explicit product events (for example: signup completed, resume uploaded, outreach drafted). Automatic capture is switched off entirely — we do not record form values, typed input, page text, element attributes, dead clicks, rage clicks, or session replays.
Your choice is stored in browser local storage under the key jorvea_analytics_consent (values: accepted, declined). While analytics is accepted, PostHog also stores its own identifier in local storage and a cookie; withdrawing consent opts PostHog out, resets it, and clears that stored data.
3. Changing your choice
- Use the analytics control in the app under Settings → Privacy to accept or withdraw at any time. Withdrawal takes effect immediately, with no restart required.
- Clear the
jorvea_analytics_consentkey in your browser's site data to re-show the banner. - Send a Global Privacy Control signal via your browser or extension — Jorvea will treat it as an automatic decline that no in-app choice can override.
- Contact contact@ealimitless.com to request removal of any analytics data tied to your account.
4. Do Not Track & GPC
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out requests for analytics and for sale/share of personal information where applicable.
5. Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change. Material updates will be announced in-app.
