Jorvea is built on the principle that AI should amplify your judgment, not replace it. This document explains how we design, deploy, and govern AI inside the Jorvea platform.
Automation modes — the truth
Jorvea offers three modes, and you choose which one is active:
- Manual. Approval-first. Jorvea drafts applications, outreach, and replies; nothing external is sent without your explicit approval.
- Assisted. Approval-first. Jorvea prepares everything end-to-end and queues it for your review; nothing external is sent without your explicit approval.
- Auto. You must explicitly enable this mode. In Auto, Jorvea submits applications and sends outreach automatically within the rules you set — match-score threshold, daily caps, and blocked companies. A one-tap pause/kill-switch is always available. You remain responsible for the content submitted in your name.
Our principles
- You own your data. Your resumes, history, and preferences belong to you. You can export or delete them at any time.
- No training on private content. Our AI providers are under contracts that do not permit training on your data.
- Explainability. Where we generate a score (e.g., match fit 1–100), we surface the top contributing factors.
- Privacy by design. Least-privilege access, encryption, and minimization are defaults.
How AI is used in Jorvea
- Parsing resumes and extracting structured profile data.
- Scoring opportunity fit and surfacing matches.
- Drafting tailored resumes, cover letters, outreach, replies, and interview prep.
- Completing and submitting job-application forms on your behalf per your chosen mode.
- Coaching conversations with the Career Copilot.
What AI does NOT do
- Make hiring decisions.
- Share your private data with other users.
- Guarantee accuracy, interviews, or offers — always review outputs before relying on them.
Data protection
- TLS in transit; managed database encryption at rest.
- Job-board credentials encrypted with AES-256-GCM; decrypted only server-side during an application run.
- Row-level access control on customer-data tables.
- Secrets stored in the platform's managed secret store, never in source code.
AI provider transparency
We use vetted foundation-model providers under enterprise terms that prohibit training on customer data. Provider list is available on request to contact@ealimitless.com.
