This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Jorvea. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Prohibited activities
- Misrepresenting your identity, credentials, work history, or qualifications — including in profile answers Jorvea uses to complete applications on your behalf.
- Submitting fabricated, plagiarized, or AI-generated content as your original work without disclosure where required.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or harassment via Jorvea outreach features.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract source code or model weights.
- Bypassing rate limits, security controls, or the pause/kill-switch.
- Uploading malware, illegal content, CSAM, or content infringing third-party rights.
- Discrimination, hate speech, threats, or harassment of any individual or group.
- Using Jorvea to violate any law or third-party platform's terms — some job platforms prohibit automation and use of Jorvea on them is at your discretion.
- Sharing accounts or reselling access without written authorization.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of Jorvea without prior written consent.
Automation modes and your responsibilities
Jorvea supports three modes. In Manual and Assisted, Jorvea drafts content and queues it for your explicit approval — nothing external is sent without you. In Auto mode, which you must explicitly enable, Jorvea submits applications and sends outreach automatically within the rules you set (match threshold, daily caps, blocked companies).
- Keep profile and answer data accurate — Jorvea will submit it in your name.
- Review Auto-mode activity regularly and pause the kill-switch if anything is wrong.
- Respect recipients' time — keep outreach relevant and personal.
- Honor opt-out requests promptly.
- Keep your account credentials secure and report suspected compromise immediately.
Reporting abuse

Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our discretion to enforce this AUP and protect users and the Service.
