This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Jovea. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Prohibited activities
- Misrepresenting your identity, credentials, work history, or qualifications.
- Submitting fabricated, plagiarized, or AI-generated content as your original work without disclosure where required.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or harassment via Jovea outreach features.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract source code or model weights.
- Bypassing rate limits, security controls, or human-approval requirements.
- Uploading malware, illegal content, CSAM, or content infringing third-party rights.
- Discrimination, hate speech, threats, or harassment of any individual or group.
- Using Jovea to violate any law or third-party platform's terms (e.g., LinkedIn's ToS).
- Sharing accounts or reselling access without written authorization.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of Jovea without prior written consent.
Required behaviors
- Review and approve all AI-generated outreach before sending.
- Respect recipients' time — keep outreach relevant and personal.
- Honor opt-out requests promptly.
- Keep your account credentials secure and report suspected compromise immediately.

Email abuse@lumora.app with details. We investigate every report.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our discretion to enforce this AUP and protect users and the Service.
